Some of the fashions among the Durmstrang-educated wizards of Eastern Europe are similar to those of Britain (perhaps because they’re the two European branches of wizardry who have most strongly resisted any assimilation of Muggle culture), but even the British wizards cannot quite manage the panache of the charmed facial hair of Eastern European wizards.
Some American wizards have been known to try, however.
